High Focus Centers offers a safe and supportive environment for struggling teens, including a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and psychiatric services. Our clinicians specialize in adolescent care and help each teen build the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Comprehensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for Adolescents
Teens struggling with a mental health condition such as depression or anxiety engage in several maladaptive behaviors. These behaviors can include self-harm, risky behavior, isolation and substance use. At High Focus Centers, our clinicians use a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage adolescents, such as art and music therapy and trauma-sensitive yoga. This helps your child find something that interests them each day. When teens fully engage with treatment, they have better outcomes.

Family Involvement, Schedule & Transportation
In this day program, we emphasize family involvement through weekly education groups or individual therapy, which is vital for comprehensive adolescent recovery. Our PHP is conveniently located at multiple sites, with each program running six hours daily, Monday through Friday. To facilitate accessibility, upon a client's request we can offer transportation services to most of our locations at no additional cost, ensuring that all teens have the opportunity to participate.
Staying on Track with School
Our PHP programs have a partnership with LearnWell to assist teens in maintaining continuity of schooling while in treatment. LearnWell is a licensed, private program of educators which coordinates with your child's school to help your child stay up to date with their schoolwork.
Virtual Family Support Groups
High Focus Centers offers virtual Family Support Groups for parents and caregivers of adolescents, ages 12–18. We understand that your child's healing and recovery is most successful in a supportive environment, so we provide the education, skills-building, and peer support that helps make that possible.
Our groups are led by an experienced Certified Family Recovery Specialist who is invested in parents' and caregivers' well-being and is dedicated to helping them learn how to improve their family dynamics and better navigate the mental health system.
All of our groups are free of charge and open to any parent or caregiver of a child who is in a High Focus Centers or Seeds of Hope program.
Adolescent Co-Occurring PHP
High Focus Centers offers a specialized partial hospitalization program (PHP) tailored for adolescents with co-occurring disorders at our Paoli location. This program is designed to be a teenage rehab program for teens ages 14–18 who have been diagnosed with both substance use and mental health disorders.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Diverse Adolescent Needs
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for adolescents and teens between 12–18 years old who experience moderate to severe mental health challenges, such as:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Mood swings
- Behavioral issues
Age-Appropriate Groups
The IOP is divided into two age-appropriate groups: young teens (12–14) and older teens (14–18), allowing us to address the unique challenges and developmental stages of each group. This program provides a supportive and structured environment, making it an ideal step for adolescents transitioning from PHP, residential treatment, or inpatient psychiatric care.
