At High Focus Centers in Northeast Philadelphia, our counselors work with both adults and adolescents struggling with mental health disorders, and adults with substance use disorder. Offering both intensive outpatient (IOP) groups and a partial hospitalization program (PHP), we can provide the right level of support for different behavioral health concerns. One of two High Focus Centers outpatient facilities in the city of Philadelphia, we are located on Roosevelt Boulevard, in between the neighborhoods of Rhawnhurst and Bustleton. While our Center City location serves the downtown area, our Northeast location is convenient for clients living in the suburbs and surrounding counties, including Bucks County. We accept most commercial insurance providers and self-pay clients.

Our Northeast Philadelphia center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9 pm. Whether you work evenings or daytime hours, we have treatment times available that fit in within your schedule. Call us today to inquire about morning or evening group times.

Level of Care Assessments

High Focus Centers in Northeast Philadelphia offers walk-in assessments for adult substance use disorder clients Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm. We also offer weekday, evening and weekend Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs).

Transportation Available!

High Focus Centers in Northeast Philadelphia offers transportation for clients enrolled in our partial hospitalization programs (PHP). Transportation is available for adults and adolescents aged 12+ who live within a 20-mile radius of our office.

Our Philadelphia (Northeast) center offers a full range of outpatient programming — individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and family support — with day and evening options so treatment fits around work, school, and family. A licensed clinician meets with you first to understand what's going on and recommend the right level of care.
