High Focus Center’s Exton location serves Chester County with outpatient mental health, substance use and eating disorder programs. We are located on John Young Way, about halfway between Exton and Downingtown, and our office is just off of Rt. 30 for easy access from surrounding towns. We accept commercial insurance or self-pay clients.

Transportation Available!

High Focus Centers in Exton offers transportation for clients enrolled in our partial hospitalization programs (PHP). Transportation is available for adults and adolescents aged 12+ who live within a 20-mile radius of our office.

Our Exton center offers a full range of outpatient programming — individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and family support — with day and evening options so treatment fits around work, school, and family. A licensed clinician meets with you first to understand what's going on and recommend the right level of care.
