What to Expect
Starting Treatment, Step by Step.
No surprises. Here's exactly what happens from your first call through your first week of care.
Step 1
Your First Call
When you reach out, an admissions coordinator listens to what you're experiencing, answers questions, and explains how our programs work. There's no pressure, no commitment, and it's confidential.
Step 2
Insurance & Scheduling
We'll verify your insurance benefits — usually within one business day — and offer scheduling that fits your life.
Step 3
Initial Assessment
A licensed clinician meets with you (in person or by secure video) to understand your goals, symptoms, history, and supports. Together you'll decide on the right program and starting schedule.
Step 4
Your First Week
You'll meet your primary clinician, attend your first groups, and begin building a personalized plan. We check in early and often to make sure care fits.
Step 5
Ongoing Support
Treatment is collaborative. As you progress, we adjust intensity — PHP, IOP, outpatient, or step-down options — and plan for aftercare from day one.
